Where have I been?

Well since finding out I was pregnant (yay!) at the beginning on June I have been sidelined from running since week 5 of my pregnancy due to nausea and fatigue. Wow it is amazing how much work growing a baby is. All those pregnant ladies are not kidding when they talk about the fatigue and nausea, it is all true!

During those 8 weeks I have done some walking more towards the end and finally (yay) I am back to running a little bit. It has felt great so far!

Thursday (13 weeks 4 days) I ran/walked 2 miles... 1 min running at 12 min/miles, 1 min walking at 17 min/miles then another 1 mile walk for a total of 3 miles. I also did some strength training exercises before the run.

Friday I went for a nice walk with Jeff, about 2.5 miles.

Sunday: I did another run/walk...2 miles, 1 min run @12 min/miles, 1 min walk at 17min/mile and then another 1 mile walk for a total of 3 miles. Also did some strength training before the run.
