3.5 miles
Sunday morning I ran 3.5 miles at a 10:21 pace. Felt good. Tatas started hurting around mile 2 again. I think this is going to be a problem for a while.

This morning I ran 8 miles. It went well. My tatas were very sore though. Ouch they were really hurting.

3 miles
I ran 3 miles today. I was planning on running 5 but I felt so tired so I quit. Yuck. Hopefully this isn't a trend that continues and I am just tired because it is Thursday. I feel like I am getting sick again though :(

3 miles intervals
I ran 3 miles of intervals. It was challenging but not too challenging, doable. i ran 1 min at 8 mph (7:30 pace) and then walked at 4 mph for 1 minute for a toal of 3 miles. Took 30 minutes 23 seconds.

10 miles
Saturday I ran 10 miles with Jocelyn in Hillsboro. We ran it in 1 hour and 45 minutes a 10:32 pace. Felt great and the time FLEW by! So great to be running with my running partner again!

4 miles
I ran 4 miles this morning in 42 minutes. The last .75 miles I did intervals at 7:30 pace 30 sec sprint 15 sec rest. The run overall was challenging. I felt tired.

I ran 3 miles of intervals this afternoon. 1 minutes at 4 mph (15 min/mile) and 1 min at 7 mph (8:34 min/mile) for 3 miles. Felt great! the 7 mph felt easy. Maybe could have bumped it up but wanted to make it to the end without slowing down.

9 miles!
Yippie! This morning I ran 9 miles. Overall, it went very well. The total time was 1 hour and 34 minutes, that's a 10:33 min/mile pace. I feel very good about that. It was warm, about 68 the whole time, I felt a bit warm the whole time (even though I wore shorts and a tank). Summer is coming, time to get used to running in a bit more heat!

I ran 4 miles this morning. It was a little tougher than normal. My legs felt tight and tired. I did finish it though and did 2 30 seconds sprints at 8 mph (7:30) at the end.

3 miles of intervals and 1 mile easy
I ran 3 miles of intervals, 2.5 miles of 1 min @ 4mph(15min/miles) and 1 min @ 7.5 mph (8:34 min/mile), then did .5 miles, 20 seconds @ 8 mph (8 min/miles) and 10 seconds rest, then 1 mile easy @ 5.4 mph (11 min/miles).
Kinda random, but it was good and fun!

4 miles in 40 minutes. 3 miles at about 10:40 pace (32:00) and 1 mile at 7 mph (8:34 pace) (run 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds)
The beginning of the run was challenging but it got easier with time. The last mile was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

2 miles and legs
This afternoon I did a fast run/ weight training workout. I did 3 minutes at 6.5 (9:13 pace) and then did 2 leg exercises and 1 ab exercise, 3 minutes running etc. Total of 21 minutes running, 2 miles and 40 minutes of weights, total of 60 minutes. It was a good workout to keep my attention and keep me from getting bored and wanting to stop. That is the kind of workout I need in the afternoons to stay motivated!

7 miles
This morning (Friday, BEFORE work) I ran 7 miles! I got up at 4:45 because we are going out of town today and I wouldn't have time tomorrow to run. I ram it in 73 minutes about 10:25 pace. The last mile I ran intervals of 6 mph for 30 seconds and 6.3 30 seco, 6- 30 sec, 6.5...6.7...6.9...7.1... then repeated one more time. I was proud of myself for pushing my mental limits!

8 miles and 2 miles walking
Today I ran 8 miles (on the treadmill) at a 10:40 pace, total time 85 minutes then walked 2 miles (I was watching a movie and wanted to finish it. Felt great. Had to push a little at the end to get the last two miles of running done, just wasn't feeling it. I did finish though. The wind is hollowing outside and I didn't want to fight it to go for a run.
