Today and review of last week and plan for this week

Today I did legs and back p90x. Went really well, challenging workout. Then walked about 2 miles outside in the SUN! Felt so good to get out in the sun again!

Review of last week:
Week of Feb 21-28-Total 18.5 miles

This weeks plan
Monday- 3 miles slow
Tuesday- 4-5 miles- hills 5k-10k pace (10:00-10:30)
Wednesday- 5 miles
Thursday- 3 miles and ab ripper
Friday- arms and shoulders
Saturday- 6 miles
Sunday - legs and back

total: 21-22 miles

7 miles

Today I ran 7 miles in 76 minutes (5.5---10:50 pace) on the treadmill. I wanted to run outside but it was 31 degrees this morning and I didn't want to brave the cold weather.

Felt good. Had a headache the whole time.

Thursday and Friday

Thursday I ran 3 miles in about 32 minutes (I cannot remember now ) Felt good, kinda hard was ready to be done. After I finished the p90x workout I started on Sunday.

Friday I did arms and shoulders p90x and did some ab exercises afterwards. My arms feel very tied now! I did most exercises with 15 pounds this time. I think I may be sore tomorrow!

4.5 miles in 47 minutes. I was going to do 5 miles but ran out of time! Oh well, great run today!

4 miles fartlek

Today I ran 4 miles fartlek. Felt GREAT!

4 miles in 42:15 average pace of 10:30, ran at 10:50 pace with speed ups ever 1:30 or so for 30, 45 and 60 seconds.

Really good run overall.

Some pain in left sole.

Monday- Rest
Tuesday- 4 miles fartlek, abs
Wednesday- 5 miles
Thursday- 3 miles, maybe 1/2 of legs and back
Friday- shoulders/arms, abs
Saturday- 7 miles
Sunday 3 miles, 1/2-1 legs and back

Planned total milage: 22 miles

3.5 miles

Today I ran 3.5 miles in 43:30 (10:50 pace) and walked .25 miles on either side. It felt great. I even ran it at 11 am after breakfast and after church. Didn't feel sick at all. 1/2 of the p90x legs and back. Didn't finish because my legs were wasted.

6 miles

Today I ran 6 miles in 65 minutes (10:40 pace).It was challenging. This has been the longest run since being injured. Well over 2 months! I am glad that I stuck it out.

Strength training today

Today I did arms and shoulders p90x. My half marathon schedule says to do a 4 mile run today but I decided to switch a few things around since i have a Junior League meeting Saturday morning. I will do my long run of 6 mile tomorrow, 3 miles (maybe) on Saturday and 4 miles on Sunday. Making it work!

Finally running after over a week off!

Today I wasn't planning on running but I got off work and wanted to run so I ran 2 miles on the treadmill. It was great! I ran really fast the last mile was 9:30 pace. Felt great. Excited to start half-marathon training tomorrow!

22 minutes

Today I ran 22 minutes and walked 5 minutes of a warm up and 3 minutes cool down for a total of 2.46 miles. Foot felt great, no pain :) Afterwards I did chest, shoulders, triceps p90x dvd.

This evening I walked 2. 25 mile at an incline of 7%
