I have been bad about keeping up on this... I have done a few run/walks of 1 min run 1 min walk for 2 miles since my last post.
Today I did a run/walk of 3 miles. 3 min running and 2 miles walking for 3 miles total. I did a 1 mile cool down walk at the end. Felt great. Hopefully I can get a little longer run interval in within a few weeks.
